What is Mentoring?

Mentoring is working closely with a special someone that you click with, who has experience in the areas where you want to grow, who listens to you and understands your needs. That person takes you under their wing and guides you along your path with respect and an understanding of you who are as a person and business owner.  They don’t talk down to you or ask you to spend money you don’t have.
